I remember the moment I realised that my obsession with consuming more and more courses and programs promising rapid results was keeping me in the hustle -and- grind; feeling even more stuck.

After decades in the corporate world, practising personal development and now entrepreneurship, I’ve learned a powerful truth: The energy behind your intentions directly affects the level of your success, freedom, and abundance. So, if you’re feeling like you’re stuck in a cycle of wanting + wishing, now is the time to shift.
You can buck the system, if you’re open to practising a tailored energetic approach to your next level of success. These are not one and done or practised a few times.
These are energy currents that pull us “to and fro” throughout our lives. However there are underlying energetic qualities that can help you find balance and no longer be enslaved in the karmic wheel but choose to manifest for the greatest good.
Below are just a few core energetic intentions that will help you cut through the noise and start making real, measurable progress towards manifesting your desires while shaping the world around you for a more fulfilling life. And, without the overwhelm.
The Energy of Asking: Are You Aligned or Out of Sync?
You may already know the formula:
Ask.
Allow.
Expand.
Receive.
But have you stopped to consider the energy you’re bringing to your asking? Your words and intentions are as important but if the frequency behind them is out of alignment, it will feel like pushing a boulder uphill to create what you want.
In other words; you can have the most powerful intentions in the world - whether it’s growing your business, attracting more clients, or experiencing more freedom - but if the energy and frequency behind your asking isn’t aligned with your intentions, you’ll fail to materialise your desires.
Do you ask from a place of resonance and alignment, or from the place of self-doubt and scarcity?
Let’s explore these underlying energetic archetypes that may be influencing how you ask and what you can do to shift them for greater business success.
1. "I Want" Energy = Scarcity
This is one of the most common forms of energy. You say, “I want more clients,” “I want more money,” or “I want more success.”
But when you ask from the energy of “I want,” what are you actually focusing on? Lack. Scarcity. You’re acknowledging that you don’t have what you desire, and in doing so, you create more wanting of what you don’t want rather than stepping into the receiving mode.
Try this: Picture yourself standing in your business, saying, “I want more clients to enroll in my program.” How does that feel? Expansive or cloudy? Can you sense that subtle tension? That energy of wanting actually reinforces the gap between you and your goal, pushing it further away. And when you make the problem matters, it becomes matter. Practice embodying the feeling of having your dream clients who want to pay you. What does it feels like to already have what you desire?
Visualize clients booking your services, abundance flowing into your business effortlessly. How would you move, talk, and feel if that reality was already yours? Shift your language from “I want” to “I am receiving.” Step into the energy of having, and watch the universe meet you there.
And if you’re noticing resistance, write them out as rapidly as you can. Then say a prayer to the Infinite Intelligence asking for these resistances to be taken away.
2. "I Wish" Energy - Dreaming Without Deciding
Do you dream of someday or wish for success without fully stepping forward to embrace your ambitions?.
Wishing energy really starts to open your energy to new possibilities. But if you stay in the energy of wishing and dreaming, without taking action, you will not start turning those dreams into reality. And your vision remains just that… a distant dream.
Instead of remaining in the state of “Wouldn’t it be nice if…” Move to “I’m making it happen now”.
Picture yourself sitting in your most luxurious setting, visualising the thriving business you desire. You can see it so clearly. Clients who love your work, abundance flowing, the freedom you crave, the promotion you deserve. But does it feel real? Are you feeling inspired, or is there a sense of detachment, as if the dream is way too far off? While wishing and dreaming feels wonderful, it doesn’t move you toward your goal. It remains just that - a dream; a wish.
Here’s the shift: Start telling yourself that you’ve made a decision. And make a decree; a declaration that I have created this business say,
“I have a successful thriving business now.”
“I serve my ideal clients today.”
This is a happening now, moment!
Can you feel the shift in energy? You’re now claiming it as yours instead of hoping and wishing. Continue with visioning every aspect of your business, career or life and see it as unfolding. Then take the inspired action.
3. "I Hope" Energy = Passive Doubt
How often have you found yourself saying "I hope this works out"? Hoping while no doubt comforting carries an underlying energy of passive doubt. It means that you’re not quite sure whether what you want will materialise or your harbouring your deepest fears as just in case it doesn’t work - unsure if your success is even possible.
When you operate from a place of hope, you’re leaving the door half open to the Universe. You’re signalling a part of your belief, but there’s a part of you that is unsure. So, it’s really hard for the Universe to organise its resources in your favour.
You hope you’ll get a rise, you hope your clients will come, you hope your business will thrive and be profitable. But you’re edging your bets instead of being all in.
Imagine you’re standing in a hallway looking for the door that will unlock the business success you desire. Are you hoping the “right” door will magically appear or are you stepping confidently into the unknown, knowing it’s already there? Feel the clarity.
Shift It: Replace the hope and uncertainty with clarity, confidence and certainty. Affirm, “I believe in my soul’s path” I am open to the vision within.” Speak in terms of “I”. Feel it. Live it. When you bring certainty into your intentions, the Universe responds with support. You magnetize the success you want.
4. "I Need" or "I Must" Energy = Forcing & Attachment
So how do you go from desperation and submission to allowing? Because the energetic state of “Must” carries an undertone of lack and desperation. If you’ve ever caught yourself thinking
I need this to work
I must succeed or else,
You’re reinforcing the limiting beliefs that you’re not okay until this goal is achieved. This creates an energy of forcing, which often leads to stress, overwhelm and frustration.
Instead enjoying the journey and shifting to an energetic statement of happiness + flow. By needing to or must, is like pushing the energetic boulder up a hill, sweating and straining to keep it moving. It’s a relentless grind, driven by fears and doubts that if you don’t achieve this goal, you’ll not be happy.
Shift It: Speak to the results you're choosing to create and allow the emotions to percolate in your body. So when you put it all together with your energy and mindset pinpoint the results you want, you’ll know the exact action to take.
5. "I Can" and "I Will" = Owning Your Success Now
The key is to believe in your capability to achieve the results you want without knowing the HOW. By stating that I can and will, you’re touching distance although the results are still not materialising.
You’re projecting your desires into tomorrow, rather than embracing them in the present.
It’s as if you’re constantly looking ahead, waiting for that moment when success will finally arrive. It always feels just a step away, doesn’t it? The problem with this energetic state if you’re in it for too long is that it keeps delaying your results.
Shift it: When you can speak vividly and precisely about your results, and embrace the qualities you desire, you will cut through the noises vying for your attention and bring things into the present with “I have this business now”. Instead of “I will grow my business,” say, “I am successfully growing a thriving and profitable business now.” Your energy shifts from waiting mode into receiving. Clarify your present moment, and seek out the steps to align your mindset and energy with achieving your extraordinary results.
6. "I Am" Energy = BE the Version of You Who Already Has It
This is the ultimate shift.
You have your foundations set. You have the right mindset and you know what not to do. It’s the moment you stop reaching, striving for success and start BEING the person who already owns it. Now you’re ready for the “I Embody” and “I Am” energy is the full integration of your power. No more pushing. No more waiting. No more trying. And it does not require extensive effort.
At this level, you’re no longer just choosing success. YOU are living it. You’re not saying, “I choose to be a successful entrepreneur,” you’re declaring, “I am a successful entrepreneur.” You don’t just claim abundance; you move through your day as the version of you who already has it. The version who takes bold action without hesitation. Who trusts herself deeply. Who leads with certainty.
Imagine waking up tomorrow as the woman who already has everything you desire. What does she think? How does she move? What decisions does she make? Embody her now. Act from her mindset. Speak from her confidence. Operate from her knowing.
Live It Now: The Final Step to Quantum Shifts
Every time doubt creeps in, ask yourself: Am I thinking like the person who already has this? Am I making choices from my future self? If not, shift. Align. Step into her energy now.
This is how you collapse timelines. This is how you alter matter in your favour to have extraordinary results. The moment you fully embody the success you desire, you become a magnet for it.
Success isn’t something you chase - it’s something you are. So right here, right now, ask yourself: Who am I choosing to be?
And then…YOU BE. I AM.
7. Embodiment of Conscious Creation
The most powerful alignment is integration with your soul and higher self. You are more than becoming and able to fully step into this infinite intelligence. You have the ability to see challenges as a “set up” for bigger expansion and re-routing to infinite possibilities to be in love with your business more and more, giving yourself over fully to the Universal Laws and divine timing. Because you know, there is no separation as you adapt your plasticity to align with the actions of true success for you, your family, your community and the world.
“I am a powerful creator.”
“I am thriving in my business.”
“I am attracting soul-aligned clients effortlessly.”
You buck the status quo, and your emotions dissolve resistance. You move as a modern day alchemist with the power to consciously create.
Shifting Into Your Highest Creation Energy
If your next move was going to get you into the rhythm of your natural way of creating, and ready for your next level up it requires you putting your stake in the game. The one that would move you through from your current state to produce extraordinary results for you and your clients. So ask yourself, “Am I standing in my inner power of choosing to fully commit to a powerful living?
Every time you set an intention, start with your spiritual vision to check what’s the energy behind this? Am I coming from a place of clarity or from a state of suffering keeping me in lack and scarcity mode?
The truth is you have some idea of where you are and where you want to be in your next level of business vision. Start there, because the clarity is like the fog, you can only see so far. Then you drive further and you can see. Then you drive a little further until eventually, you create the type of business that is aligned with your desires? As you take action, new pieces of the vision come into focus.
