Join us for a transformational Reiki healing experience creating with the chakra energy to bring your desires to life.
This seven week program launching on Wednesday 05 June, focusing on Mental Health & Well-being Awareness, is designed to address the whole individual for holistic growth and development.
Each session will focus on a different chakra or energy centre to powerfully support return to balance, and will:

You can choose to book a place on one, multiple or all of the sessions.
Week 1: Root Chakra – Wednesday 5th June
This session will focus on restoring a strong foundation of balance, security, stability and sense of belonging.
Week 2: Sacral Chakra - Wednesday 12th June
This session will look to unlock your creativity, focus on improving emotional wellbeing and rejuvenation and foster healthy relationships.
Week 3: Solar Plexus Chakra - 19th June
This session will bring balance and boost self-esteem, confidence and personal power whilst making choices aligned to personal goals and values.
Week 4: Heart Chakra - Wednesday 26th June
This session will focus on opening up to love, compassion and forgiveness. Reconnect with yourself and become open to accepting love from others.
Week 5: Throat Chakra - Wednesday 3rd July
This session will focus on improving communications skills, self-expression and living one’s truth.
Week 6: Third Eye - Wednesday 10th July
This session will focus on balancing the third eye while allowing healing to flow and bring deep calm and relaxation all over.
Week 7: Crown Chakras - Wednesday 17th July
This session will focus on balancing the crown chakras while allowing healing to flow and bring deep calm and relaxation all over
